# As some products have metal and thread so we recommend not to have them exposed to water contuously as thread may become frail.
We have excellent Re-energise and refixing policy. This policy is applicabe post 7 days of delivery in case mishandling or accidental damage happens.

- You may qualify for a one-time return or exchange if you’ve received a product with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was shipped. In that case customer has to send us the video or image of the product within 24 hrs of the receipt of the same
- No returns, exchanges, or replacements are available for customized items.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@justwowfactory.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and include the following details:
- Your order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return; if the product is incorrect or defective, please attach a photo for review
Once approved for exchange, replacement, or store credit, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up within 2-4 business days. Please ensure the returned product is unused and in its original packaging. No returns, exchanges, or credit note requests will be considered after 7 days from delivery.
We strive to process all repairs and replacements as quickly as possible. The entire process, from pick-up to delivery of the replacement, may take up 15 days.
Customized Orders:
Full payment is required at the time of confirmation for all customized items. No returns, exchanges, or replacements are available for customized items.
Refixing & Repairs
Our 7 days re-fixing policy covers loose thread, broken thread (No accidental damage) at no extra cost.Our policy lasts 7 days only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange. However you can take the advantage of our customer friendly re-energising & accidental damage policy.
Our return policy is designed with our customers in mind! For returns, you can opt for a replacement of the same item, exchange it for a different one, or request a credit note that never expires. If you need to return a product, contact our support team at support@justwowfactory.com within 2 days of receiving your order to start the return process..
Good News is that you are covered for 7 days free replacement policy. Icing on the cake is post purchase damage cover once replacement policy lapses.
This policy covers accidental damage and re-fixing the stone beaded products, Though our quality is superior and have lasting thread but accidental damage or mishandling can happen anywhere. we have decided to extend the support to our existing customers, who want their product re-energised and re-fixed due to accidental damage(Like broken thread and resizing) post purchase.
This policy is different from free replacement policy Please read that. Replacement policy is for the damage and misfit or wrong product received, where as this policy covers the damage post purchase.
This policy will be applicable post 7 days of delivery. In that case we will charge a nominal fee of Rs 300 that will include shipping cost of sending you the re-fixed product. Customer has to ship the product through their own choice of logistic or courier and bear the cost of sending to our warehouse for re-fixing
This policy will not cover the metal part (de-colorised or broken), however if you want that then our support executive will tell you the price of that part and we can do this for you.
