Shipping Within India

The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 4–7 days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Prepaid delivery is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India.

Orders containing an incorrect or incomplete address, PIN code, or contact number may be cancelled if the required details are not corrected within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes, including most metro cities, and is subject to courier serviceability.

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders valued below ₹5,000.

Before dispatching a Cash on Delivery order, our order-processing team may verify the customer’s address and contact number. Orders will be dispatched only after successful verification.

If the customer cannot be contacted after two attempts, the order may be cancelled without dispatch.

JustWowFactory reserves the right to accept, hold, or decline a Cash on Delivery order based on address verification, order history, serviceability, or other operational considerations.

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed Cash on Delivery order at the time of delivery, Cash on Delivery may not be offered for future orders. The customer may continue to place prepaid orders.

Partial Cash on Delivery

Partial Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.

Under this option, the customer pays a partial amount while placing the order and pays the remaining balance in cash at the time of delivery.

The amount paid in advance for a Partial Cash on Delivery order is non-refundable, including when the customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the shipment.

Availability of Partial Cash on Delivery is subject to PIN-code serviceability and approval by our order-processing team.

International Shipping

Estimated international delivery timelines are:

  • United States, Australia and Canada: 6–12 working days

  • United Arab Emirates: 4–8 working days

  • Other serviceable countries: 7–14 working days

International orders are generally dispatched within one working day. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for complying with the import and customs requirements of the destination country.

Any customs duty, import tax, clearance fee, brokerage charge, or other government levy imposed on the shipment must be paid by the customer.

JustWowFactory, a brand of Mobizdom Technology, is not responsible for customs assessments, import charges, or delays caused by customs authorities.

Where required, the customer must contact the relevant customs department or courier partner and provide the necessary information or payment for release of the shipment.

Refusal to pay customs duties or accept an international shipment does not automatically qualify the order for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined according to our Return and Replacement Policy after accounting for shipping, return, customs, and handling charges incurred.
