Care, Refixing & Re-stringing Support
At JustWowFactory, every product is handcrafted with care and quality-checked before dispatch. Our stone-beaded products are made using durable threads and carefully selected materials. However, with regular use, accidental pulling, mishandling, resizing needs, or thread-related issues may happen over time.
To support our customers even after the return/replacement window is closed, we offer paid care, refixing, and re-stringing support for eligible stone-beaded products.
This policy is different from our Return & Replacement Policy.
Return/replacement applies only to wrong product, damaged delivery, or manufacturing defect cases reported within the allowed policy window.
Care and refixing support applies after the return/replacement window is closed.
When This Support Applies
This support is applicable after 7 days from the delivery date, once the return/replacement window is closed.
Under this support, we may help with:

Re-stringing of stone-beaded products
-
Thread replacement
-
Loose thread or broken thread repair
-
Minor refixing support
-
Resizing support, wherever possible
-
Re-energising of stones, wherever applicable
Charges
A nominal service fee of ₹300 will be charged for eligible care/refixing requests.
This fee includes:

Refixing/re-stringing service

Re-energising support, wherever applicable
-
Shipping cost for sending the repaired product back to the customer
The customer will have to ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost using their preferred courier/logistics service.

This support covers:

Stone-beaded products above ₹1000
-
Thread replacement
-
Re-stringing
-
Loose or broken thread support
-
Refixing of eligible stone-beaded products
-
Return shipping of the re-fixed product to the customer

Re-energising of stones, wherever applicable
What This Policy Does Not Cover
This support does not cover:

Leather products
-
Metal products
-
Metal parts
-
Discoloured metal parts
-
Broken metal components
-
Magnetic lock damage
-
Stainless steel parts
-
Products below ₹1000
-
Exchange with a new product
-
Exchange with a different product
-
Return, refund, replacement, or store credit

Missing beads, missing parts, or incomplete products
-
Products damaged beyond repair
If any metal part, charm, lock, pendant, connector, or additional component needs replacement, our support team will check availability and share the applicable extra charges before proceeding.
Important Conditions
Care, refixing, or re-stringing support is not a warranty, replacement, exchange, refund, or return claim.
Support will be provided only after checking the product condition, design feasibility, and material availability.
If the product is heavily damaged, incomplete, altered, or not repairable, JustWowFactory may decline the service request.
The customer must pack the product safely while sending it to us. JustWowFactory will not be responsible for damage or loss during the customer-to-warehouse shipment.
