Every piece requires thoughtful handling to retain its finish, structure and appearance. Please follow these care guidelines to help extend the life of your jewellery:

• Remove your jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising or participating in outdoor and adventurous activities.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray, sanitiser, creams and other chemical-based products. Apply these products before wearing your jewellery.
• Do not expose the jewellery to water for prolonged periods. Pieces containing thread, cord, leather or elastic may weaken or become frail with repeated moisture exposure.
• Avoid pulling, stretching, bending or twisting the product, especially pieces with cords, threads, chains or magnetic closures.
• After wearing, gently wipe the jewellery with a clean, soft and dry cloth.
• Store each piece separately in its original pouch or box to help prevent scratches, tangling and unnecessary friction.
• Keep the jewellery away from excessive heat, humidity and direct sunlight when not in use.

Refixing & Re-energising Support

Accidental damage or mishandling can sometimes occur even with careful use. Our Refixing & Re-energising Policy is available for eligible products after seven days from the date of delivery.

As natural gemstones are used, variations in colour, size, shape, pattern, texture, and natural inclusions may occur. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product images. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

India: Estimated delivery within 4–7 days. Prepaid shipping is available across most serviceable PIN codes. Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes on orders below ₹5,000 and is subject to order verification.

International: Estimated delivery within 4–14 working days, depending on the destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges, where applicable, are payable by the customer.
